i have seen some interesting affects on this Canon, in the presence of a Catalyst.

In association with a Justice System; it could take 10 to 20 years, even longer to take effect.

This Canon was generally accepted to be fulfilled by people at 3:00 PM.
i myself accepted it at 4:00 pm, when the sun came out.
